On your phone: your intake answers, your plan, check-ins, journal entries, hard days, and weekly reviews. This data stays on the device unless you use the web app.
On our servers, only if you use the web app: your plan and progress, stored under a random access code. We do not ask for your name, email, or phone number to use the app.
Purchases are processed by Apple and managed through RevenueCat, which receives your access code and subscription status. The Sunday review may be written by an AI model operated by xAI; the data sent is a summary of your week (counts, task titles, and the short wins you typed), never your journal entries. We do not sell data and do not run advertising.
The Urge journal never leaves your phone. It cannot be sent, shared, or exported by the app.
You can delete everything from Settings → Reset everything. To delete web app data, email hello@joinfooting.com with your access code.
